OPTIONS
You have options when it comes to funding deals outside of your home province. We have listed these options below and we strongly recommend considering all options before making a decision. PLEASE NOTE all options including ABW's Option through AMPS is for LIVE FILES ONLY. No Pre Approvals.
OPTIONS:
1. DLC Agents ONLY - You can access the DLC Access Desk through the DLC Intranet. The cost for their service is $359 per file. Detailed instructions on the process can be found on the DLC Intranet. If you have questions you can email or call Greg Domville:

2. MA Agents Only - You can access the CUU through your MA Link Portal. All information can be found there along with detailed instructions. The cost for this service starts at $440 per file.

COST of AMPS SERVICE
AMPS imposes a deal fee for all transactions. This fee is contingent upon the funding of the deal. If the deal successfully funds, you will incur a charge of $500.00 for mortgages valued at $500k or less. For deals exceeding $500k, the fee increases to $750.00.
Get Started:
STEP 1:
Please navigate to the Lender Submission section of your Velocity account and select "ADD CO-BROKER." In the search field, enter "DLC A Better Way" and designate Geoffrey Shoji as the co-broker before clicking "SEND NOW."
STEP 2:
Upon completion of co-brokering, please compose an email from your account, including comprehensive lender notes summarizing the deal. Ensure all supporting documents are properly labeled and organized for accuracy and a seamless submission.
STEP 3:
Once the deal is approved, an approval email detailing the deal breakdown and outstanding documents will be forwarded to the acting broker for review. The broker will then contact the borrower to request any remaining documents needed to finalize the file.
STEP 4:
The signing package, containing the Lender commitment and all out-of-province compliance documents, will be dispatched directly to the client by the co-broker via ZohoSign.
All communication with the lender will be managed by the co-broker, while all client communication will be handled by the broker.
